1、Abstract: The members in The Rehearse Dance Association together with the students in non-physical professional departments, 50 of them in each, 100 in all in Shanghai Physical Institute, are trained in rehearse dance and investigated with questionnaire by means of adopting questionnaire survey procedure and data statistics. The result shows that because of receiving the rehearse dance training over a long period of time, the spirit state of the members in The Rehearse Dance Association in Shanghai Physical Institute is better than that of the other students of the non-physical professional departments, and the difference between them is quite remarkable. In addition, a psychological suggestion joins in the rehearse dance training, which has an obvious effect to the college students. This proves rehearse dance training has active influence to the spirit state of college students, and it is worth extensively popularizing in each of the universities in Shanghai.。
